Nature of the Listed Workcamps, MTV and LTV Projects are; Children care, Teaching, Environment, human rights & social justice, Girl Child, Youth empowerment, Income-generation schemes, Heritage preservation, Rehabilitation, Health Education, Dental, Medical care, Disability support, Wildlife, Construction. You can participate alone, in-group or family. You can work on  one activity or more your chosen project. For diverse experience, you can take part to more than one of 25 projects.

Participation Cost: 2-3 Weeks Workcamp - € 250, 1 Month Project - € 300, 1 Month – 2 Years Project - € 250 per Month.

General Qualifications/ Special Requirements and/or Preferences For Some THIIVS Workcamps And Projects
1. Human Rights workcamp/project: Welcome applicants who are students of law, social, history, cultural, international studies, human rights activists, advocates and lawyers etc. 
2. Health and medical camps/project: Mostly for the students of medical/health related sciences and doctors  and nurses. Requirement: Anyone interested to serve in a Kenyan Medical or Health Workcamp /Project MUST bring along a recommendation letter from his/her University, institution or employer. 
3. Environmental workcamps/project: Prefers all nature lovers, nature science students or specialist and Researchers of conservations, environment and related interests. 
4. Museum workcamp/Project: Needs applicants /or students who are in the areas/interest of humanities and  social sciences - research, documentation, conserving heritage and doing exhibition. 
5. Others – community work and social support: Others including children care are open to anyone.
6. Dental Units: Great opportunity for dentists and degree students of dental study
