THIVS arranges for a memorable visit to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve following the famous 'Ernest Hemmingway Trail' for 3 Days. The Maasai Mara is located in the expansive and scenic Great Rift Valley and southwest edge of Kenya. The game reserve is a seasonal home to thousands of wild animals and birds. The Mara is also the seasonal migration-home and route to thousands of wildebeests which spend about half of the year here' and the other half in neighbouring Serengeti national park in Tanzania. The schedule of this exciting adventure package is as follows: 

Day 1: Nairobi To Maasai Mara.
Depart from Nairobi for a journey south along the floor of the Great Rift Valley. Lunch at Narok Town and then climb the western wall entering Hemmingway's country 'Serengeti Plains'. Arrive late afternoon in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, with a game drive en-route. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 2: Maasai Mara: Game Viewing
A full day is spent game viewing across the rich tree-studded, grasslands and rolling hills. The world-famous Mara is renowned for it's great herds of plains game, including lion, leopard, cheetah elephants, rhinos, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, elan, gazelles, hippos, wildebeests, crocodiles, waterbuck and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Africa. Dinner and overnight at the cool campsite.

Day 3: Maasai Mara To Nairobi
After breakfast, depart for Nairobi. Game drive en-route. Drive through Maasai country interacting with the Maasai, the traditional 'keepers' of this spectacular virgin wilderness. Enjoy a cool picnic lunch en route and arrive in Nairobi in the evening. It is a wonderful experience with long-lasting memory!
